Andrew's top strength is his motivation to succeed. As a former US Collegiate athlete, he has a focused edge and is a lifelong learner always eager to stay on top of the trends in the market. With a background in coaching, disability management and law enforcement he has always worked directly with people fostering meaningful relationships.

A very active and connected community member Andrew is an advocate for those who may not be able to speak for themselves having worked directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in post secondary, and founding Father Autism Network (FAN) with Autism Calgary. Andrew also has a passion for coaching and mentoring young people, he coaches' football with the Calgary Mavericks organization, co-founded Alberta's First US 7v7 Travel Football team, and operates CAN AM Football Academy seasonally. In addition, Andrew is very active in serving at Calgary Life Church.

When he's not working , he's usually spending quality time with his wife and three teenagers watching movies, outdoor activities, or watching the Seattle Seahawks.
